It is capable of collecting statistical data for 20,000+ ip sla probes.
No manual intervention is required. Statistical data is stored in database for up to 1 year.
Enigma also stores Carriage Provider QoS SLA and provides correlation to IP SLA Probes data.
IP SLA Probes statistics are compared against Carriage Provider QoS SLA Thresholds.
Detected exceptions are logged into database for reporting and notification.
This mechanism provides pro-active detection of carriage degradation on per QoS Class Basis.
